The Letter
A quarterly letter on structural change.
The Letter is issued quarterly by the Partnership. It is not a market commentary, a product update, or a performance note. It is a reflection on structural change across capital, spaces, and structures, delivered to subscribers of record.
Editorial Principle
What The Letter is, and what it is not.
Structural, not cyclical
The Letter engages with structural change: regulatory regime, demographic transition, jurisdictional shift, capital architecture. Cyclical noise is deliberately absent.
Considered, not reactive
Issued quarterly, not in response to news cycles. The content is edited, referenced, and signed off before publication. Slowness is a feature.
Non-transactional
The Letter contains no pitch, no product promotion, no solicitation. It carries a quiet invitation to engage with the firm’s Perspectives library, and nothing further.
Carried by the Partnership
The Letter is issued under the Partnership’s collective voice. No individual attribution. The quality of the letter is the Partnership’s responsibility.
Subscribe
The Letter is delivered through Substack.
Subscriptions are managed on Substack, where delivery, archive, and subscriber privacy are handled at a standard the firm considers appropriate. No payment is taken; the Letter is distributed without charge to readers of record.
Subscription is a reader decision, not an engagement. No advisory relationship is created by subscribing, and no confidential information should be exchanged through the subscription channel.
